If the machine will not be used for an extended period, apply cooking oil to the blades to prevent rust.
- [Adjustable Dough Thickness] Dough thickness can be adjusted within a range of 1–10 mm. The maximum dough width is 7.48 inches. Operation is simple: just turn the adjustment knob to manually set the dough thickness.
