| This office space occupies one floor on the second floor of a residential building. Designed for 2 different users and faced with time constraints, an efficient approach was required for the refurbishment and use of material strategy. This included working with the existing structure and choosing to hide and expose it in different spaces. The finished space includes reception and waiting area, two director’s cabins, meeting room, staff working area and informal gathering spaces. A minimal and natural pallete based on pure materials and neutral tonalities was used with touches of color intentionally used to mark specific areas. |
