| This Parking+ two-story dwelling is designed as a guest house for an industrialist family who would be staying there during their business trips to Pune. As it is their transit accommodation the design idea comes from the desire that the functional needs are basic and simple; and the space must bring warmth and homeliness. For the external elavation use of terracotta bricks in combination with grey concrete texture and white painted background, combining green areas creates a modern feature mixed with a bit of rustic mixed with nature. |
